If you’re looking to take the next step in your fitness journey, this gym is where you need to go. Endless avenues when it comes to compound lifts. Gym regularly hosts powerlifting meets if you’re looking to compete.
Tried to get some info on a tour as I am interested in joining this gym. Quinten, the owner I presume, responded promptly with a first response offering me a time that didn't work for me. I responded with a follow-up email asking if another time would work and received no response. Will attempt to try and reach out again today as this gym seems to have everything I would be looking for and would be willing to leave a more positive review if I can get a response.
I did a 21 days program with Nicole and she is amazing!!!! She is so knowledgeable and with her help I can already see improvements! I will definitely continue to workout there! The facilities is also amazing! Definitely recommend!!!!
Came back after a few months away. The new setup is horrendous to say the least. All accessory equipment is just clustered together upstairs and basically have to smash your shins trying to get onto anything because everything is so crammed together. The squat racks upstairs are positioned poorly so only one person can effectively use one. Mirrors are basically useless upstairs due to poor placement of equipment and the mirrors themselves.
