They will talk nice with you on the phone, however, customer service is subpar. We had a generator installed that doesn’t work when the power goes out. We lost food and medicine very early last Saturday morning with a storm passing through, due to no electricity for hours, and have yet to see a technician at our home. The company was notified as soon as it happened, it’s now Thursday. I will provide an update later on and adjust my review accordingly. Thank you.
Very regrettable experience. We fell for a pitch by a charismatic salesman full of empty promises. The installers started off by not showing up on the scheduled day. We believed our salesman when he said this was a simple mistake and he would make it right. Day of install my husband and I come home to an excavator working in our yard when we never discussed any digging or buried lines. Very organized and well-run solar panel installation project from the initial needs and sizing analysis using historical monthly electric bills thru installation and operational commissioning. They handled ALL the paperwork including arranging the financing, getting the HOA approval, the permits and inspections, coordinating with the electric company for grid connection and net metering.
