Very regrettable experience. We fell for a pitch by a charismatic salesman full of empty promises. The installers started off by not showing up on the scheduled day. We believed our salesman when he said this was a simple mistake and he would make it right. Day of install my husband and I come home to an excavator working in our yard when we never discussed any digging or buried lines. Very organized and well-run solar panel installation project from the initial needs and sizing analysis using historical monthly electric bills thru installation and operational commissioning. They handled ALL the paperwork including arranging the financing, getting the HOA approval, the permits and inspections, coordinating with the electric company for grid connection and net metering. Installation of the panels went smoothly and without incident.The techs were professional and courteous. All in all I would recommend this Solar Company to anyone.
The installer did an awesome job.
They did a great job from start to finish had a few issues had to deal with before installation as to the placement of my panels. Explained the situation to me and we decided the best configuration for my needs . Have had the panels on and working for a full billing cycle couldn't believe the savings my bill last month was 22 cents. Thanks for a great product and great service too.
