It is a good place for all, I go there for chair exercising. They make you feel so welcome without putting you down .

An amazing place to reach your fitness goals! The workouts are always different and very challenging! Lost 45 lbs so far!
Unsure so far of the work out experience personally.. yet ny grandmother said its a great place to train (which says A LOT coming from her) lol. Yet I visited for a Christmas giveaway that they had which was VERT NICE! It's wonderful to see businesses in the community giving back and supporting children in a postive manner. I enjoyed myself and my children did as well!
