I have been going to LBS since it opened up in January. Jeannie is a great coach, explaining the exercise to get you the best results. She has helped me modify some of the exercises to help with my bad knees. She gives you little tips on eating the right foods. The gym is a fantastic place to go and get your workout done.
I started with LBS the beginning of January when the new location in Princeton opened up. Due to my schedule, I signed up for the 5:15 am class two days a week and 7:15 Saturday class. I am not usually an early morning workout person, but I love the class and having the opportunity to get a great workout in early in the morning! Jeannie is an excellent coach, who is very knowledgeable and always coaching and suggesting ways to get the best, safest workouts! I am so glad LBS came to Princeton! Give it a try!
This is by far the best studio! Amazing workouts and the instructor is absolutely wonderful!! If you are wanting to start working out but unsure of your abilities, don’t, Jeannie makes sure you completely understand each move and we are all there to support you!!
