I haven't left a poor review in a long time, but I felt justified on this occasion. I was very excited to get my haircut here. I don't have a barbershop like this where I live. I made an appointment the night before for 11:45am the next day. I got to the shop 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment and was greeted right away and verified my appointment with the barber at the front cutting hair. He was nice and said I'd be helped soon. Clean a presentable shop in a great part of town. I’ve been using Chris for years and he’s always done a great job!
I came at 4:20 there was one person in the chair and three barber standing around they close at 5 PM and the three barbers none of them wanted to take me as a client before they close the door, poor management no one wants to make money there and they don’t know customer service at all, and the only one who actually is respectable is Nate and he always does a great job on my hair and is the diamond in the rough there, but he was not in today unfortunately and the 3 barbers standing around turned me down for a cut and was clo... read more
