Rich is the best. This guy has great customer service and is always willing to help after hours. Not sure why the Brad guy is so upset, but it sounds like he's the problem and not Rich.
Great guy, better business. Customer focused that will do anything he can to make sure your experience is as incredible as possible. I bought a set of lights from Rich after my old set flickered and fumbled about; and he PERSONALLY installed them when I was in town three years ago, and I haven't had a single issue since. 10/10 recommend
Terrible customer service. Gave out phone number to call "anytime". When I did call and ask about shipping confirmation had an attitude right of saying he was at his kid's ball game. Doesn't let his customer talk. Just interrupts you when you are explaining. Don't hand out the number if you don't want called about an order.
