Not a licensed mechanic. Very disappointing customer support. Not trustworthy. Had Dalton put 2 new tires that I bought on my Road Glide. The rear was out of alignment witch caused the bike to sway at high speed. Had Dalton order a new back tire waited over a month and no tire. No invoices only a receipt for payment.To many excuses tire was never ordered. Had to get my money back. Dalton has to many problems and personal issues. I can't say enough nice things about Limiters Unlimited and the owner, Dalton. On our trip across the west, one of our Harleys snapped the starter while we were in Grass Valley. Dalton dropped everything for us and got us on our way. He saved our trip. Thanks Dalton, you are the best!
Dalton and his team are great people and take great care of the bikes they work on. I highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone. Way more affordable and trustworthy than most HD Shops in town.
Family owned and operated. What they stand for and do for the community is phenomenal. They look out for you and treat you like family. They work hard to make everything happen. I called in an emergency to have some work done, the week of a huge event and they did everything they needed to, to get me back up and running on time. They have always taken care of me and willing to work with me. True loyalty and I am forever grateful for the Limiters Unlimited team.
