I went for a scheduled root canal consult. Arrived at parking lot and called the office as was asked per Covid protocol. Was asked to wait in my car until called in b/c the doc was a little delayed and was told it would be about 10 mins. All understandable. However, after 30 mins no call. So I called to the office and they said...just a few more mins - "within 10 mins for sure." 20 more mins go by and no call. I call again. "Oh just a few more mins." I had A route canal no was very nervous. The assistants were kind and warm. The dentist did an amazing job and was wonderful as well. Only pain I felt was the Novocain. Completely painless. Even after i only experienced pain for bout a day! Pleasenly surprised!
