My mother recently had a Root Canal performed by Costas,DMD & it was not the best experience. Although the Dentist was extremely kind & explained everything he was doing in great detail. The main receptionist was very pushy, rude, demanding & unhelpful. She had no respect for other scheduled events & demanded that my mother come in following morning for root canal. My mother had a Root Canal today performed by Costas,DMD & it was an incredibly thorough, gentle experience. She was extremely pleased with overall experience. Reason I'm writing this review is because this dentist has got to be the kindest dentist on earth. He walked my mother out front to be picked up & he waited outside with her for 10 mins until I got there. The whole office was very friendly and helpful. Dr. Costas took the time to explain things to me and made me feel like a person not just a patient.
This is the best experience I have ever had when it comes to dental care. I can highly recommend Dr. Costa to anyone who needs a rooth canal, but especially to those of you who have some kind of fear for this.
