I am very pleased with the service.
I’m very impressed, Ashley was great over the phone and in person in regards to how professional and polite she was! The work was quick and the invoice was very descriptive and detailed. I have a 2011 BMW that I have taken to many shops around Twin Falls but I will say for certain is that Limited Auto will have my business from this day forward! I highly recommend them and the work they do is something you can trust!
I was truly impressed by how the whole team came together to work through timeline challenges and backorders (which were on me). It felt like I had my own crew supporting me behind the scenes. Megan, Andrew, and the tech, H. Carrillo, all communicated clearly and professionally, and it was easy to see everyone was on the same page. There were even a couple moments where I felt genuinely supported — like I was being told, “We’ve got your back.” That meant a lot.
I cannot recommend this company enough! I was caught between a rock and a hard place being 5 hrs hours into a 14 hour drive when my car threw a engine code. I called about 7 shops in the Twin Falls area, and no one was able to get me in, but 2 places (including the VW dealership) recommended Limited Auto Group because one of the techs (Gary) is a Volkswagen specialist.
