Exact same bad experience happened with me. The Owner keep on mentioning his not the cheapest in town because he's so great. The fact is they do a terrible job, the price increases to astronomical figures during the renovation. He tries to use cheaper materials than what is specified on the contract. And once he get all his money he doesn't give a damn about the many failure I got from his botched work.
