Limestone Weight Loss Clinic has an amazing program. Tammy and the other coaches are all extremely supportive and friendly. I've lost 86 pounds in around 7 months.
This program has helped me lose 70lbs! With the help of my fantastic coaches Tam and Jody, this program was so successful. It is important to note that while very restrictive until you reach your goals, you come out of it with tools to help you gain healthier habits to help keep the weight off. It’s all about your mindset. Nothing but good things to say about this program!
Tammy and Jody are very welcoming and supportive. The program is easy to follow and a great way to get back on track with sensible eating. It was great to help me to revisit healthy, lean recipes for the whole family.
