I went here to get my nails dome for prom and they staff was incredibly nice and the lady who did my nails did a grear job of explaining the process of builder gel (as that was what i was getting for the first time) and they look really pretty and are exactly what I wanted! Afterwards, part of my cuticle area on 2 of my fingers were a little irritated and bleeding (which hasnt happened to me before) but the set and salon were very clean and professional!
Every time I come here, they remind me why I don’t like this nail spa. I always feel like I’m an inconvenience for the most basic service. I went in for a polish change and the tech always seems so bothered. This place is close to home but I will just make the 25min drive to my primary nail salon where they treat you like you’re welcomed and valued.
The staff were friendly and can get you in and out in a timely manner. The location is clean, and the pedicure lady (I don’t know her name) knows what she’s doing! Nancy offered “builder gel” when I got my acrylics removed, but failed to tell me that it would burn going on, and the only way to get it off is by using tools. I had the builder gel removed 2 days ago and it did grow my nails. BUT my nails are extremely brittle, and the tips of my nail beds are inexplainable and sensitive. There's was mold when I took my acrylic nails off. 10/10 Don't recommend, the treatment was terrible slamming my purse on the table, not very kind employees
