I scheduled an apt with one provider and saw a different one without being told by the staff. I wanted to set up primary care with a specific provider but didn’t since I wasn’t seen by them. I was diagnosed with Covid. Dr. Prince did not do the basics such has listening to my heart, lungs, checking my ears, throat etc. I also did not receive a copy of my test results to share with my work. I didn’t feel I got the care I needed at this visit.
I am a former patient of Dr. Arhin. I have lung damage from hemochromatosis. At my first and only appointment, I had just been diagnosed with hemochromatosis but before I could even tell him that, he interrupted me and started lecturing me about alcoholism. I also asked him what I could do to reduce my dependence on oxygen and he laughed at me. I pray he sees this and considers being kinder and listens to his next patient before making hurtful assumptions.
I went to see Dr. Morgan for the first time yesterday after needing to find a new doctor. She was a breath of fresh air. She listens thoroughly and truly cares about her patients and their well being. She let me tell her every detail about what I had going on and then talked about next steps after it. She truly is an amazing doctor and all the good reviews about her are so true. I’m very happy to have found her to be able to be my doctor!
I had originally given these guys a 5 star review but have experienced multiple times of being denied the care I need. Originally I went in and asked for a complete physical and was told I'd be referred to a cardiologist; still waiting almost 2 years later. I'm in a bad marriage with failing health and asked for 3 Xanax. I was treated like a drug addict and referred to the inhouse psychiatrist to get them whom had no openings for 6 weeks. He's so professional. He's been my GP for 7 months or so. He's a supportive and caring individual. The office always gets me in and I never wait more than a few minutes for him to see me. The office staff is kind and courteous.
