This is a retroactive review...My wife and I went in the fall of 2024 on a Sunday suffering from what we both felt was Covid. We were so affected we needed assessment, guidance, and a course of testing to rule out the obvious. We weren't asked about our co-pay at time of entry. I visited yesterday for an MRI appointment, and while the experience started off very negatively, it ended much better thanks to the staff in the back. Melissa at the front desk was beyond unprofessional and rude. She lacked the ability to listen and understand concerns, which made the check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable and frustrating. Dr. Lauren Beggs gave little consideration about my health condition. Newsflash! Not everyone is a homebody and some people travel and need their medications filled.
