Booked for a new patient check and clean, appointment, approximately was supposed to be 50 minutes as per their online booking system. My appointment was less than 10 minutes. Not sure what I paid for as how can they estimate a 50 minute appointment and mine only be less than 10. $196 for a suppose check and clean, not sure if it was done correctly but seems rushed. I would especially recommend this dental clinic to backpackers. I visited Dr. Prasanna because I had tooth sensitivity to cold food and drinks, and he treated my cavity with a filling. He clearly explained the costs and was very honest and caring throughout the treatment. I was also pleasantly surprised that the total bill was only $320 without insurance, which is very reasonable. I am usually quite afraid of dentists, but I felt completely comfortable and safe here.
To Dr Ruiyi, Dr Nguyen, the lovely ladies at the reception and the rest of the limestone dental team. Thankyou for helping me smile again. It means more to me than words can express.
Lots of appointment time/date options. Had an xray, check up and clean - wasnt all covered by private health insurance (but is probably person/insurance dependent). Friendly staff who explained procedure and findings. Nice clean environment with beautiful landscaping/gardens.
