My fur baby, Alee, was seen here last December and we were all treated with the up most of care. I definitely recommend!!! It was determined that Alee has bladder cancer and also a spot on her heart. We will be returning here when that time comes to make that hard decision to let her go. Thank you for treating our fur baby so well.
Was charged over $200 what my estimate was. Never gave permission to keep card on file but was issued refund then to only have them take back money without telling anyone! Poor office management.
The staff are all very nice, personable, very understanding. Dr Franks is great, very personable. They tend to be busy, but that's because they are one of the more liked veterinarian clinics. Dr Franks used to work with Dr Duncan at the Dr Martin Animal Clinic--and if you know that name, you'll understand. They do surgeries on Mondays & Tuesdays, which if your pet needs to be sedated for a Groom, that's when they'll want to do it.
