Only reason we bank with them is because they bought our old bank. Worst bank ever, always shutting card off for no reasons and random charges and they don’t help at all.
My account was sold to this bank from Republic Bank. Limestone failed to send me a debit card, so I do not have access to my money. I have been calling for 3 days to request a debit card. I keep getting transferred back into the queue for about 30 minutes then hung up on. When I call the local branch they don’t answer. I am cancelling all of my accounts with this bank. I can already tell it’s a disaster.
I would give this bank zero if I could. This bank is terrible they will freeze your account without telling you. Very embarrassing multiple times where I've had money in there an went to pay an my card gets declined because they froze my account. I will be changing banks do not go to this bank
