I would like to thank everyone at Limes for this morning, I was treated so well by the receptionist, nurse and Doctor. I appreciated all your help.
Receptionists are not very friendly at all, I have NEVER experienced a nice one yet. So much for being in a 'Caring profession'
Very poor. Past 2 appointments had to wait 4 weeks and 6 weeks respectively. Had to wait 4 weeks to have basic tests carried out. Will be going private, NHS just can't deliver at the moment.

Newly added - today, 20/01/2025. Why do the staff at Limes have such an appallingly bad attitude to patients. I've just been shouted at down the phone by Louise for asking why I had NOT got my emergency referrel to hospital from 8 weeks ago - it seem Limes never made the referral and it's suddenly somehow my fault for daring to ask. Wow! Been at this practice for years but this last episode has really made me realise why there are so many bad reviews for them on here.
