My mommy has been buried there you 11 months and she still has no grass. First he grave sunk in and was flooded that her head stone shifted, then they added more dirt but NO grass seed! I’m very pissed at the lack of concern they have to fix the problem

Sue, the green matter in the pictures you posted is the grass seed with enhancement to help it grow. This was done in the last week of July after your communication on July 23rd. I will check the status of it again as we have had conditions contributing to the slow growth. Hopefully the rain we had yesterday didn't wash away our efforts again. We will have this taken care of.

The counselors are very courteous and helpful to the families. I highly recommend you make an appointment today and speak with a family counselor and they will guide you on the many options you have on how to prepare for your final home.

Good Evening! Unfortunately this evening my cousin stopped to visit her fathers grave and discovered that his grave has been poorly taken care of and was covered in grass almost unfindable. Please improve quality of care immediately and I will be contacting supervisors to be sure that my uncles grave and my grandmothers are properly taken care of . Thank you!
Went to visit my mom and dad Labor Day. Ever since these new people took over I had been lied to not just once a few times. There were no flags put out I put my owe up for my mom and dad. The grounds what can I say this place was such a mess weeds growing over stones trash on stones. It's a mess. When Joe and the other company had it this place was beautiful NOW what can I say it's so disrespectful that my sister my daughter and my niece myself clean up our parents and a few others.
