Really frustrating experience with this pharmacy. I called to ask if my prescription had been faxed to my new pharmacy in Toronto, and the female employee I spoke with was rude and irritated right from the start because she didn’t understand my question. I remained polite and explained it clearly. She then told me the fax had already been sent and added that “next time” I should call my new pharmacy first before calling them. Arrived at LimeGarth on Saturday at 1:45- pm and they were closed already. Google said they were open until 3pm. Went again on Monday an hour after they were supposed to be open and still not open. The roads are clear from the snow storm so not sure why they're not open. Will take my business elsewhere.
