This is a follow up to an earlier review regarding the color being a little disappointing. They came back and added color to the patio and did some additional trim work to the front porch. It all looks really amazing. What a good company to work with. The owner of the company took a personal interest in getting it done to our satisfaction.
The "wow" factor is missing. We have used this company in the past and were pleased. They do nice work. But this patio job is disappointing. It's just really very blah-looking. They place too much responsibility with the installers who spoke almost no English. They just couldn't get the color right. Just be aware of this going in
We love our patio overlay by Limecoat DFW. We have a very large patio pool deck that was pebble aggregate that was about 20 years old and we hated it. Limecoat DFW did a fantastic job - from the estimation, to the interim communication, to the workmanship and final product. I highly recommend LimeCoat, specifically Mr. Asa. From the moment of my first interaction, this company and Asa did everything they said they were going to do when they said they would do it; which is a hell of a lot more than I can say for the vast majority of the other companies I called for new siding on my rental house. We had Limecoat for our patio and pool surround area in 2012. Over time the coloring faded and there were a few places that cracked and the mastic between areas shrank. Recently Limecoat came out and repaired it all. It looks very good now and the guys did a fine job. I learned that I should have had the area sealed every 3-4 years. Like this locally owned company.
So pleased with my new pool deck by Limecoat. The crew was professional, courteous and hardworking. They customized the colors perfectly. It’s a dream to walk outside now. Highly recommend this company.
