From the beginning of our job which was making sure my insurance company covered all storm damage(roof/gutters/skylights/painting) Lime Roofing was excellent to deal with. Consumer beware Lime Roofing and Solar is listing their corporate headquarters as 2000 S Colorado Blvd BLDG 1 -2000. This address belongs to Venture X Denver South and companies can use our address as their corporate address. Lime Roofing and Solar has not paid their membership fee for the last 3 months. Please fully vet Lime Roofing and Solar prior to engagement .

Lime Roofing replaced the roof of my house as a part of my closing so I did not work with them directly on the roof. However, about 2 months later when I moved in, I noticed a natural gas smell in the house. Long story short, when the roof was replaced, the venting for the hot water heater was moved and not correctly reinstalled, ultimately meaning that carbon monoxide was leaking into my house.
