John came and politely and efficiently towed my car to my choice of garage. Very pleased with the service provided thru AARP Roadside Service.......even if it did take quite a long time to find a towing service at night.
Went above and beyond in a time of need with a thoughtful solution. Hopefully it’s still the same owner…
towing service from this company was a very disturbing experience, $200 dollars to tow my car 8 miles(drop me at home) , overcharged me and was evasive and very strange on the phone, in fact the games persisted and I was about to call law enforcement, promised to deliver the next night, failed to do so, had to have my repair garage go pick up the car.
