Do not use lime Mortgage! They charged me 2% origination fee on a $500,000 loan. Chris made just over $10,000 on an easy rate in term refinance and did not tell me he was going to charge me $10,000. I was at the closing table when I saw it on the settlement statement.
Chris lost a $5000 earnest deposit because he did not order an appraisal until the fifth week of a six week contract. This lot also had irrigation water rights in AZ! The sellers backed out when we tried to extend because they did not trust that Chris could get the job done! We agreed with the seller, and when we went to purchase a new property, we did not use lime Mortgage.
