We’ve been using Lime Maids for over a year and have been very happy with this service.
Phone was off line this weekend. So I wasn’t aware you were coming today. Yes I’m a bit disorganized in this small space . I usually need an hour to clean before you get here. Nevertheless all was well
I really appreciate that Lime Maids comes when they say and consistently do a fine job cleaning our home. They bring their own products, follow up as needed, and the job is always professional. Great work, Lime Maids! Highly recommend!
Have asked for same people to call me regularly. This has been my biggest complaint. No one listened. Finally Ariel came out to talk with me and I think she definitely understands. Rachel did a good job last week and I asked to have her regularly. We’ll see if that happens.
This was not Jamie or Tracy. The person who cleaned my house on Feb. 2 used products not approved by Lime Aids. Some of the products contained bleach or a harsh chemical which severely damaged the wood floors and then she poured them into the sink and the chemicals were so strong and caustic, they damaged the sink by discoloring the metal. Lime Maids told the Insurance company that she used the regular products so they would not be responsible for the claim.
