I have heard that this place had the best Thai food in Castro Valley so i decided to give it a try. I ordered the pad kee mow and it was dry and seemed over cooked with no flavor. My girlfriend and I asked nicely for it to be recooked and the waitress never apologized, but rather stated that we couldnt have it recooked we could only cancel the order. Needless to say the customer service was horrible and we won't be going back. Top Thai is better and no I'm not affiliated with them, I just know good Thai.

The best – Lime Leaf is the best Thai food in town and around town. My family and I go there regularly, at least one a month, including special occasion or out off town family visiting. I've been recommend this place to a lot of my friends, nothing but good feedback. Their price is affordable $6.95 lunch and $7.95 dinner. Yet good food, good price, nice service and very clean, what else do you expect? My favorite will be Satay Chicken skillwer, Calamari Fritter, Crying Tiger Salad, the best Coconut Milk Soup, Pad Ke Mao (dru... read more

Spent my anniversary at this joint, the ambiance is cute. but, the food tastes like left overs from previous day.

Great Food! – I was in town (from the bay area) to visit family and was craving some Thai food. I looked this up place on Citysearch and thought we would all give it a try. We had a large group, so we ordered a lot....the Chicken Pad Kee Mow, Sweet and Sour Prawn as well as Pork, beef fried rice, pork pad thai as well as the spring rolls. We had to order desert as well, so we ordered coconut fried bananas w/ coconut ice cream and mango's with sweet sticky rice. I really don't think anything was bad. My favorite had to be the... read more

Enjoyable Food The dishes are small, but the food is so good. I am a big fan of their calamari salad, but anything you get will be worth the order. I would try this place at least once if you haven't done so already.

Love it! I went there with friends and we each got different things so we could have an array of dishes... Everything was delicious and I was completely happy with the yellow curry I ordered!

Good Thai food for Castro Valley – My friends & I came here after peewee golfing at Golfland. Castro Valley doesn't have a lot of restaurants to choose from, so I was surprised when someone recommended this place. I'm usually quite skeptical of thai food because my favorite Thai restaurant is Little Home in pleasanton and I consider it the best Thai food around. Our group ordered quite a variety of dishes to share family style. We tried the yellow curry with chicken, pad thai, basil garlic fried rice, peanut sauce with spina... read more

Excellent menu--nice little place – My family has been visiting the little Lime Leaf Thai restaurant in the Castro Valley "Village" for several months -- it's so good that we've been keeping a running list of what we eat so we can be sure to work our way through the entire menu and not miss out on anything. I haven't found a single dish that wasn't absolutely delicious. The dinner menu is extensive, with a range of dishes from not hot to moderately hot (spicey). Service is quick. The place is popular especially on weekends b... read more

Finally. Excellent quality Thai in Castro Valley. Just tried this place over in the Castro Village today and it's a winner. Fresh ingredients, nice flavors, good service and good prices. The sauces are delicious. Loads of vegetarian options. Any curry can be made with fried tofu as the "meat" including all but one appetizer. We had the garlic and pepper curry over fried tofu and a cashew nut sauce over tofu. The spring rolls were tasty. **edit** We later went back and had the Vegetarian Delight (scrumptious sauce) and the Ye... read more
