I booked a Mother's Day package for my wife while we were on holiday in Cotton Tree. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. We paid for a two-hour treatment but only received 1.5 hours. The treatment room also had visible mould on the ceiling, which was concerning. Afterwards, we tried to contact the business to discuss our experience. We called twice, left clear voicemail messages on both occasions, and never received a return call. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this business.
Tried to reschedule an appointment and called five times the day before during business hours but couldn’t reach anyone or get a callback. I was contacted the following morning (day of the appointment) and told a late cancellation fee would still apply. Disappointing experience as a regular client who did try to give notice in advance.
Wow it is hard to describe the feeling this treatment left me with, except to say I felt like I must have died, gone to heaven, where I was touched by an angel with magical hands. I would highly recommend this combination of back scrub and facial. Thank you Agnita, your treament is exceptional, I could not received a better birthday gift. Clive x
