Mike did come out and fix our patio. Follow up on review. Mike did come out and look at both cracks. They fixed it and I was satisfied with the work and glad that they followed through with fixing the crack. Lime Coat is beautiful and it definitely takes an artist to do this work. I still think that us not getting in touch with the owner had something to do with the people working in the office.
Very impressed with both product and service We are loving the look of flagstone on the front walkway and steps of our older home. The Lime Coat added instant curb appeal, and the crew was extremely hardworking and attentive to detail. Planning on resurfacing our pool deck in the fall. Would highly recommend!
Disappointed 8 months later Reseal needed after 8 months. Crack developing. Not that happy for what I paid for this.
Dont know why Judy had such bad experience? I found that the guys were artists. Instead of ordering a set color they matched existing stone on the side of the house perfectly. They did a custom sample board first and gave the oportunity to adjust the colors. Then they did the entire job perfect to the sample board. The guys worked so hard in the hot sun and were tipped for their efforts! Its my understanding they are paid by the size of the job not by days. No Interity Advertising is misleading. Dishonest company. Don't believe references to "artist" and "expert". Laborers passed as "artists", are really underpaid, disadvantaged young men coming from our borders to learn a skill. I paid a premium for what I thought I was getting, yet owner, Mike Schram pays cheap for what he gets to pass on to you. Crack in our Lime Coat We have only had lime coat for a year and we found 2 HUGE cracks. One crack the foreman takes fault for but not the one that plainly is their fault for not putting a joint line from drain to drain. I have asked several times to speak with the owner Mike and he has yet to call us back. A+ Patio Resurfacing Of all the options that we saw, LimeCoat's overlay coating was definitely the most "real" looking. My patio looks so natural... totally like real flagstone! Thanks for a job well done. Highly recommended.
