I had a great experience from the estimate all the way through to the final product with this company. Jesse, Misty and Justin started the day off by moving everything out of the way and conducting an orderly attack on my trees. These trees probably had not been trimmed or cut back for seventeen years and there were 8 of them. They went above and beyond care, not damaging my roof or gutters, and cleaned up everything that hit the ground. Great crew Anthony, Misty and Brandon. The right people with the right equipment! I would have them back anytime and highly recommend them to anyone. They worked on all three of my cottonwood 's that are over 150 feet tall! Great job of getting all the dead wood and general cleaning up of some very old trees. Also a very timely estimate and job scheduling. Could not be more pleased!!!
Terrible service, rude employees, I would recommend going anywhere else instead
Don't hire this company unless you want some guys with big egos walking around your property. They needed to set up equipment in a neighbor's yard that we could never get ahold of. Dude acted like that was my fault. When I told him it wasn't, Dude forgot who the customer was, told me he wasn't going to be talked to that way. I offered to take down my fence so they could get their equipment into my yard. But Dude's fragile ego was already wounded. He ordered his four big trucks to drive off. Not a very professional company.
They did a sub par trimming on many trees and were supposed to come back to apply more stump killer which they never did. They charged us for work not done and when they came back, they were rude and again, did not apply stump killer. We will be finding a new service for our many trees. The money we spent with them was wasted.
