Initially, the grinding wasn’t done as thoroughly as expected, so I sent an email. Scott responded immediately, acknowledged the mistake, explained it was a misunderstanding, and took action right away by arranging for someone to come the very next day. Today, the job was completed perfectly — proper grinding done and all the debris cleaned up and taken away. Scott even waived the bill entirely after admitting the fault was on their side. They are very knowledgeable and always do a great job
The staff who came were very professional and polite. I watched what they did to remove large limbs that had cracked during the recent wind storm. They had all the right equipment and completed the work with safety being a top priority. We have now booked Limb Master to top our 2 large willow trees in August.
