They owners and staff are amazing so very friendly and are happy to help with anything. We have stayed 2 weeks and wish it could be longer. Thanks guys

We booked this hotel for 2 nights. Unfortunately my dog died on the 10th so I had her empty dog crate with me. I advised the owner of this and he asked me to leave crate near reception. So I did. Today I went to the vets to see my dead dog and organise her cremation. My friend went to reception at around 9pm to ask for a towel as the others were wet from swimming all day in the pool. I rarely leave negative reviews but this experience was beyond unacceptable. This place is a complete bed bug haven. Our stay was an absolute nightmare. On the first night, one of the kids developed rashes and when we checked the beds, we found live bed bugs. There is no excuse for this, bed bugs are parasites and no guest, especially children, should be exposed to that. The room was disgusting, bed bugs on every bed and the mattresses at dirty, the room was not clean when we went in the room has dust all over the walls and ceiling, there was dry spit all over the small pillows and the pillow cases has makeup on them but the owner said it was from the rust on the iron. I had to sleep on the chair near the table. A terrible night wouldn’t recommend.
