These people assumed and told my friends aunt they thought she was uninsured and unable to pay for her vehicle because of the color of her skin. Racist trash, get a tow from someone else
I was appalled by the way Mr. Lima represented his business today. The interactions he had with a customer whom he assumed (wrongly) had no insurance and no means to pay for the tow. He spoke to her like she was the dirt beneath his shoe. He tried to deflect his behavior with past experiences but it certainly didn't compare to how he treated a customer whose child was in the accident and trying to obtain information to retrieve belongings from the car. Would NEVER do business here.
