Highly recommend! Wonderful customer service!! Starting with Ashley on the phone to set up the appointment and her keeping me updated on when the tech would arrive, she was very friendly and informative! The Technican, Esteban was wonderful! He was very professional, knowledgable and quickly resolved our issue! He was happy to answer questions, polite and respectful of our home! I would highly recommend this company!
If there were more stars, I would add them. Jerrick was absolutely the most knowledgeable person and helped us out with our heater at Point of the Bluff in the Keuka lake area. We reached out to Limar after having difficulty with our Laars heating system that was installed by another company that did not know how to fix it. We had a project manager come out to evaluate the system only to find out there was quite a bit wrong with it to our dismay. One of the biggest issues was the fluctuation of hot water due to many piping issues. Just had a no heat oil furnace service call performed by Ben and Ed Brown! I received top notch service coupled with resourcefulness, ingenuity and professionalism. I thought quality customer service and pride in craftsmanship and technical expertise was dying in the trades industry..well Ed and the crew at Limar Inc. have literally restored my faith!
