Horrific, heartless company... Called for emergency service and was told that is only available to "existing customers".... For one, don't advertise a service that you don't actually offer. Secondly, when it's going to be just above 9 degrees and I'm begging for you to help my grandparents who have completely run out of oil.... Have a heart. How you're in business with clearly no morals is beyond me. Good grief.
I always receive prompt and great service from this company. They've been servicing my heating and air-conditioning equipment for over 13 years.
