I have made the switch from Fernandino to L’image and I can honestly say it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Imad is kind, honest, professional and he always gives me the BEST perm + fade. Front desk receptionist is also very kind & flexible. I always look forward to my visit here(:
VERY RUDE staff anasthesia in specific was very rude and unwelcoming It is as if she is doing hair for free or something Very bad attitude honestly
Although the service was good, I am very unhappy. I showed Imad the photo of the color I wanted my hair. I was told numerous times that is would be just like it and he could do it. My hair looks nothing like the photo I showed and the final cost was way too expensive for the "highlights" he did. I will not be returning, unless it is for my hair to be fixed the way I was promised
