I was looking for a boat for some time now and looked around at quite a few dealers throughout NJ. I wanted to give a shout out at my new super heros over at Lima & Son's. When all others couldn't give me the time of day, these guys treated me like royalty. I was not from around saddleback - just passing through and had an unfortunate accident. I needed repairs done quickly so I could get back on my way. Just bought a new Veranda Pontoon boat from Sergio at Lima and Sons. He was a gentleman. He helped guide me through the process, delivered and launched my boat about 2 hours from his dealership, and showed me everything I needed to know about the boat. Loving the new boat and would recommend Sergio to anyone looking for a boat.
After having my Merc serviced by two other marinas for a performance issue, I finally decided it was time to bring it to a dealer. Their service department was great, they found the underlying problem, water in my gas tank, fixed the problem area (bad fuel sender), and cleaned my fuel tank. All within the initial estimate! Very reasonably priced, I highly recommend these guys!
I have had them doing maintenance and winterizing on my boat and motors for many years. I have never purchased a boat or motor from them, yet I always get stellar service, They have always been square and fair in all the dealings I have had with them. Saved me a ton of money by educating me on stuff I can do on my own as well as boat care in general
While I haven't bought a boat. I walked in and Sergio was very helpful. He informed me of the different types of boats. He knew I wasn't going to buy a boat at that point. But he still gave me a lot of information of different types of boats for saltwater. And took time to educate me. Great customer service! Hopefully I'll be there next year!
I have been going back and forth with two dealers with an engine issue, I was told the problem was fixed both times and it reoccurred. A friend of mine who used Lima and Sons for many years recommended I give them a try. In one visit and less then $200 my Yamaha motor now runs like new. I recommend these guys highly!!!
this is an excellent place to bring your boat of any type to get repairs and or advice the staff is extremely and when I said extremely I mean extremely pleasant understanding and patience and answering any questions you may have we're not rushed at all it is a family owned business maybe that's why very reasonably priced and accommodating in every sense of the word
My husband and I recently purchased a Seachaser boat from this dealership. They were very easy to deal and we got a great deal. Would highly recommend them.
