Received a confirmation for a walk-in appointment for a drug screening. Cold greeting from the woman doing registry check-in. The nurse who did my screening was rude as well. Another patient requested help and the nurses/lab tech was passive aggressive and seemed like she was in a hurry to be done with her shift. Facility was clean and organized, but the faculty there that day were rude.
Vou escrever em português pois é meu idioma. Atendente estava sendo gentil com todos da fila. Quando chegou na minha vez ela mudou totalmente o tratamento, não sei se pelo fato de eu ser um imigrante (residente permanente). Ela só mudou a atitude depois que eu perguntei se estava tudo bem. Não quero julgar, mas gostaria o tratamento fosse no mínimo semelhante. O procedimento foi absolutamente profissional e rápido, instalação limpa. Só me senti constrangido.

Used the lab for bloodwork. Service was fast and very easy to work with
