Because of a lack of care when I was at Nothland Family Practice on Friday May 1st I ended up in the ER while traveling on Sunday May 3rd. I went into Northland Family Practice for a bitten cheek that was getting worse daily, I was sent away with a numbing mouth solution (Magic Mouthwash) that I later found out has nothing in it to actually clean out your mouth and was told to see a dentist (which wouldn't open until Monday at the earliest). Horrible care!! Took my daughter and I was talked over she wouldn’t listen to what I was saying was wrong with her or about her history of issues! The nurse checked her O2 level 3 times and it was low! The nurse kept bringing it to her attention she wasn’t hearing it! All she ever wants to do is test for strep no strep she won’t do anything!!
