Probably by hiring minimally competent paralegals. This law firm is, by far, the worst I have encountered. The absolute bottom of the barrel. They are unable to take responsibility for their inept "service" but continue to blame everyone else but themselves. There are so many excellent and truly professional closing attorneys in this state, but not Lima Law. Stay away
