I was not a patient and left a message on a Sunday explaining my issue and hoping they could get me in asap. I was contacted shortly after my message and an appointment was scheduled for Monday. On Monday they contacted me to come in earlier (thank goodness for cancellations). The entire staff was friendly and professional, from the ladies in the front office to the ladies in the back. Absolute waste of time. I regret reaching out in the first place.
Will gladly take my business elsewhere. Was suppose to have a treatment plan, to have my teeth FIXED, but from the looks of it, they are too busy. I am sick and tired of the games. I REGRET ever reaching out in the first place. Its clear to see that they DO NOT CARE. I was certainly WRONG to think so highly of this place.
Drs. Lima and Courtney-Lima provide the most gentle, thorough, and knowledgeable dental care! I have had multiple jaw surgeries and orthodontics, but I have no qualms about going in for an appointment. If you're looking for an exceptional experience at the dentist, look no further.
