A couple of days ago I came to this shop because my vehicle was having an electrical problem. I decided to go with them because their reviews were great, and I have to say the service was amazing. Chris was incredibly helpful—he walked me through the whole process, explained what needed to be done, and was very kind and careful with everything. Honestly, I highly recommend this place. If you ever have an electrical issue with your vehicle, this is definitely the place to go.

I arrived having made no appointment with an urgency in getting my car diagnosed (I had the battery changed by AAA an hour before and was recommended to get the alternator checked out). After a quick google search I came across Lima Auto Repair and was kindly greeted. Big shoutout to Chris for being extremely helpful and courteous! I had dropped my car off and upon returning once the service (in this case a diagnostic) was complete, I was told by Chris that my car turned out to be perfectly fine and that no payment was due. ... read more

Best repair place I’ve been to. I have a 15 year old Kia soul, she’s broken down a lot over the years. This is by far the best experience I’ve had at a repair shop. They pick up the phone quickly, respond to questions quickly, very clear and kind overall. Chris especially was fantastic. I had to get my engine replaced back in June (plus some other stuff), Chris was great about talking through all my options, going over different prices, checking my car for any other issues, keeping me updated on the timeline, and so on. I had the worst experience here. I took in my Jeep to get a transmission checked, my back lock on door was not working and my back window wiper was not working. For each diagnostic, it totaled $500, that doesn't go towards the repair work. They will nickle and dime you for each test. Luckily, my warranty covered $300 of that, however after 4 days of them having my car, the wiper still did not work and my back lock was repaired but they cut the cables on my two front door locks which had to be repaired AGAIN! I will always bring my vehicles to Chris and the team at Lima. They are efficient, reasonably priced, and above all, honest. They were kind and understanding. Great service and quality work. I took my car in for an A/C leak and they found a few other issues (tensioner/pulley) that needed attention during the inspection. Glad they caught it, and after sending me the updated quote, got it fixed super quick. Thanks again Chris and Lima Team!
