Chris and the crew at Lima are awesome. They take care of both of my cars and of me. I appreciate that they they tell me what is really important and don't pressure me to do everything. My car's are running better than ever.
I came to Lima Auto Repair after hitting a bad pothole that damaged my suspension and threw my alignment off to the point where it couldn’t be corrected. They performed a thorough diagnostic, clearly showed me which components were bent, and explained exactly what needed to be replaced before an alignment could be done properly. I arrived having made no appointment with an urgency in getting my car diagnosed (I had the battery changed by AAA an hour before and was recommended to get the alternator checked out). After a quick google search I came across Lima Auto Repair and was kindly greeted. Big shoutout to Chris for being extremely helpful and courteous! A couple of days ago I came to this shop because my vehicle was having an electrical problem. I decided to go with them because their reviews were great, and I have to say the service was amazing. Chris was incredibly helpful—he walked me through the whole process, explained what needed to be done, and was very kind and careful with everything. Honestly, I highly recommend this place. If you ever have an electrical issue with your vehicle, this is definitely the place to go.
