I was a patient of Dr. Michael Lim's mother until she retired, and initially I was a little hesitant about seeing a male OB/GYN. Dr. Michael Lim is very kind and has great bedside manners. He is easy to talk to and ask questions. I never feel intimidated or nervous at my visits with him.
Dr. Michael Lim was a wonderful OB throughout my pregnancy! When I went to GBMC for an induction, they found that my baby’s heart rate kept dropping very low. Dr. Lim wasn’t at the hospital at the time since delivery wasn’t expected yet, but he arrived within what felt like not even 15-20 minutes. We decided to do a c section and when the anesthesiologist was delayed, he advocated to get them in quickly. My induction had been scheduled at 9pm and my baby was born via c section at 10:10pm!
