My doctor moved and the office didn't reassign a doctor to me. So they waited until I needed help to tell me that I had no doctor . Great service. They should be ashamed of themselves
The answering system is horrible. It was so bad that it was a part of our decision to change doctor's.
I agree with other reviewers - answering system is terrible and messages rarely get relayed.
Nice Doctors but WORST answering system! It is either busy or the automated system tells you to call back!
