I would not recommend Dr. Lim. I felt like he did not take our concerns seriously. I felt he had his mind made up regarding our son even before he met us, and that he spent our appointment convincing us why our son should not get surgery with the attitude of "I'm the big shot dr" so listen to me. I also felt like he was almost scaring us away from surgery for our sons issue, rather then actually looking at my son individually and trying to determine what would be most beneficial for him. We had a very good experience with Dr. Lim, pediatric MD at Cincinnati Children’s. He performed our daughter’s umbilical hernia surgery. The day of the surgery he went over the procedure pre and again post surgery. His team, and the doctor himself followed up in the weeks post surgery to understand if recovery was on track or if we needed assistance.
we were referred to him because he is the "expert" and he literally said no comment to us in our consult when we asked questions...I wish I could send him a check that said "no payment" because he sure didnt hesitate to bill insurance an exorbitant amount of money for his "expert" opinion. I only gave 2 stars because he was prompt and on time for our appt
