I am FINALLY Losing Weight – I went in the store to check out one of those body vibration machines and the nice young man let me try it out for about ten minutes. Cured my back pain!!! – Gabe sold me a total body vibration machine and if I wasn't so manly, I'd give him a big hug every morning, because MY BACK DOESN'T HURT ANY MORE!!! Thank you, Gabe for convincing me to try this machine. I've lost 18 pounds and can finally tie my shoes again! God bless you!
what a joke!!! even customer service...thanks "jan" – ok here we go...had put one of those heaters in layaway and decided againist purchasing it. called customer service and was reassured that even though they did not give refunds they did offer in store credit...thought to myself sure...drove 45minutes to johnson city gather some things i could use as christmas presents and went to check out.....was told they did not do that and so i explained i had talk to "jan" with customer service and she had told me about the in store ... read more
Great Place to Get RIPPED OFF!!!!! – i went into this store to purchase something, the lady ran my debit card 3 times. this caused me and my wife alot of trouble, caused me to be overdrawn in the bank. got a 35 dollar charge. when i contacted them i was told to come over and they would resolve, drove back again from greeneville, and they told me they couldn't do anything. got a call from the lady that is over accounting in pigen forge, she called me a liar when i told her my debit card was ran 3 times, said they didnt even h... read more
Ripped off 2 – I bought 3 of the HHI 1500 electric heaters; one as a birthday gift and two to replace a couple of space heaters. When I got home, I read the manual and setup one of the heaters in a 14? X 10? room and turned off the electric wall heat. Eventually, I had the HHI heater set on Large room & High heat which is the setting for heating 1500 square feet. not bad – neat store. lots Of cool stuff. friendly staff. tv's are enough to drive you crazy. the prices are mostly in line with what you'd pay on tv
great store – Great store. i love this place they got a little bit of everything. the staff has always been friendly and helpful even when i have had problems. i would highly recommend them.
I bought one of the 1500 Iheaters. it works good and keeps my darn heat pump from running constantly. i would recommend this store and product
Ripoffs – I bought a Hhi 1500 electric heater from there. It is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen. I tried to tale it back to the store and try to work out some sort of replacment for it or my money back. I didn't know they had a "NO REFUNDS" policy till I purchased the heater and then it was too late to get my money back. Now I am stuck with a heater that doesn't heat my room even with other heat on. I encourage anyone who reads this, to NOT buy a heater from them...
