A wonderful staff and quality of care the care team is polite, sweet and caring for all residents with so much love. It was a honor to have the opportunity to serve your house Mr Patrick, the house its a blessing, Milena, Simone treats each residents 200% lots love , caring and dignity and respect and its fun at your house. My mom is a resident of the Sarasota facility - and I cannot say enough positive things about her care. The staff are kind and attentive, they communicate with me regularly, and my mom is doing so much better at Lily's. I cannot recommend it highly enough
My mother died peacefully with dignity. I could not have asked for better Care than what she received at Lilys promise. I have seen my share of caregivers in recent times and without a doubt your caregivers providers outstanding care to each resident in your facility. Each of your residents are very lucky to be under their care and your direction.
I came to check the place on behalf of a friend. I met Patrick, the owner, who gave me a tour of the facility . It looks like a real home for the residents with personal attention to the individuals. The house has a full kitchen with fresh home cooking meals to the residents, which is very important. I had the impression that employees are very caring and dedicated.
As many who’ve been in this process with a loved one can attest, finding quality care for those who can’t care for themselves is not an easy task. All facilities seem to have their patches of having some difficult staffing issues and can impact the overall brand experience for you and your loved ones. Lilly’s Promise, while also facing these challenges from time to time, does a good job of trying to keep good caring staff that are made for the job and provide that level of care in more of a boutique setting.
