This place was great the first time I had but every subsequent time I’ve gone there has been a major issue with my order. The second time I went I ordered a marg pizza with sausage added. It looked nothing like the photo or any marg I’ve had before. It had no sauce, diced tomato, and dry basil from a shaker. Ridiculous. The next time I went their system was out which I understand, but they had already accepted my order through door dash. If I didn’t go inside and complain I would’ve been out $20.
Best Pizza in San Angelo, Texas. We live 2 hours away but always eat at Lily's Pizza when we are in San Angelo. Their Nanjo Potatoes are the bomb!!
Customer service is not the best, the wait time while it wasn't even busy was long just for a hot dog. Took 25 minutes to get what I ordered. Not the cleanest establishment either. Really wanted to support a local business but that is hard to do when each time I try the service and wait time are horrible. Even attempting to place a pickup order is difficult since they never answer the phone.
