I was there on sunday the 23rd of August 2025 to do my nails . This older lady did my nails . I told her I wanted pink and she did nude on me . I was so tried and just let her kept working . Getting home I noticed my right finger nails were longer in length than my left finger. I called her she said oh she did that because of my natural nails were longer on the right . Called at 7:00 said they closed at 8pm got there at 7:08 and the lady at front told me that they couldn’t take us. Such bad customer service.
I use to come here when it was Lily’s nails. I have tried them twice since the name change. I was passed around to 3 people to do my nails. Not sure if they know what they are doing. I will be looking for a new place.
The experience that I have is with the owner. When you call to speak with the person who does your nails he always answers the phone. You have to make an appointment with him and you can’t speak to the person who does your nails. And he’s never at the shop.
Don’t go here most of the ladies don’t no how to do nails they messed up me in another girl nails in they suck at designs I’m mad I really should’ve went somewhere else then they over charged me for this ugly mess of a nail I’m super sad and mad
