I have been a regular at Lily's nails since they opened 2-3 years ago & I have never had any problems. The little girl that is often at Lily's nails is the owners daughter & is known by many of the other regulars that goes into Lily's, & she says she loves helping mommy! As far as prices go, I've gone to many of the other local nail salons & you get what you pay for. Lily's offers great quality & very clean services. I've NEVER had problems.
STAY AWAY FROM LILY'S NAILS! dont waste your money or risk the filthy conditions and thievery. Unless you approve of child labor.. I had a gift certificate AND scheduled appointment for 1pm. The staff did not honor my appointment, and continued to service 'walk-ins' while my feet pruned in cool water for an hour. At which time, I got up and left.... without a towel to dry my feet off with. The water was drawn, and jets turned on by a 3-4 year old little girl. This place is Terrible! Salon is dirty, I literally picked out my color off the set up on the floor! Me and friend were determined to make the best of it and relax but left more stressed than when we walked in. Awful, unatentive staff, poor salon quality, and more expensive prices! I will NEVER go back.
