Tia did my nails and holy cow I love them so much! She might be my favourite nail tech ever, she was so creative and sweet and the whole process was very chill. We did extensions and they feel very sturdy and nice. Anna was doing someone’s nails next to me and she helped a little with my nails and she was also so fun and kind! They didn't let me ask questions and got very mad when I made suggestions on my own nails and the quality. They then cut the cuticle after placing an uneven thick layer of acrylic paint. I asked them to fix it before they did that and they refused and tried to say they could not understand me. They then acted very rude and charged a crazy amount of money because I was upset.
